Abilities:
Fluttering Gaze- Sawyer makes eye contact with his victim sending floods of fear to there brain paralyzing them in there tracks. This attack can be avoided by shunning eye contact and those with demon eyes have an advantage when defending against it.
Butterfly Bow - Sawyer has the ability to create a unique spiritual bow, and subsequently generate arrows for the bow, using the gathered power of emotions around him be it fear, excitement or even arousal. This means however that if no strong emotions are being emitted than this ability is as much as useless. The bow is made of a purple energy becoming darker and more intense as its power increases, becoming pitch black when it is at its most powerful.
Primary Usage: Sawyer uses his fluttering gaze to enitce his victim before firing his fear fueled arrow to kill them. As his arrows feed of fear and excitement he does to visually induce these among his foes. Regal lacks the capability to draw from his own emotions. As sawyer's physical strength is not much above that of an average human he is left vunerable agaisnt without an enviroment of strong emotion.[b]naruto[/b], [i]deidara[/i]
