Combination: Meraxa generally uses fire magic, though he also dabbles in a bit of wind. This means he can light fire to flammable objects, set various bodyparts on fire (though as long as he keeps his focus do so without burning himself or his clothes) and even cancel out other flames if he chooses to do so. His wind magic means that he can knock down his opponent from afar, or if focused and determined enough, use it to create such sharp winds that he can cut the foe (or most objects really). Together, he can use his air based abilities to make an airborn path for his flames from hydrogen, as well as other flammable gases such as methane - hence why fighting him on farm would be a bad idea. Similarly, he can use this to increase the length and range of his flames, even giving them form and shape for that extra dramatic touch. Heck, the very fact he controls air means that in theory, there is almost nowhere on earth where he can't fight.

Secondary Usage: Well having fire means that he can instantly cook food, as well as not having to worry about the heating. His aeromancy serves a more useful purpose, in that it can allow him to fly... in theory.
