Abilities: Aria from Beyond - Less of an ability that actually affects the world and more of a mixture of highly ranked ‘clairvoyance’ and ‘eye of mind.’ With the fact that it’s based on instinct, experience, and visual perception, this ability runs the brain on full speed; to the extent that in Marez’s eyes, the world slows down and he sees something close to true precognition, even if it’s merely for a few seconds.

Combat Style: In truth, Marez doesn’t like fighting, other than for sports. In dire situations, however, he won’t be hesitant in taking the offensive. He’s most comfortable using a lengthy bladed weapon and prefers keeping distance of 3 metres while doing so. Only if a rod or blade type weapon aren't available is when he’ll resort to a more hand to hand combat fighting style; either barehanded or with his pocket knife.

Against those who completely outclass him, Mystical Eyes of Death Perception and Aria from Beyond are major contributing factors in just plain staying alive. While his normal reflexes may not be enough to dodge or keep up with superhuman speed and magic, evading before the actual starts or as it starts would be a whole other case. Likewise, dodging too early would allow the opponent to unleash another possibility of attacks that would completely differ from the one 'seen' before.
