» Ephemeral. Leon's combatant weapon through which he mainly channels his magic. The basic look of this weapon is quite simple. It takes the appearance of two fingerless gloves. Metal coating the knuckles and extending out a bit, giving it a sort of brass knuckles look. Metal plates also coat the back of the wrist and the palms. Underneath all the metal is thick leather padding to reduce among other things chafing. They also act as excellent shocks for impact.

The base of the gloves which reaches a few inches behind the wrists to accompany the metal section which guards the wrists is a pitch black. The palm section of the gloves top and bottom are blue.

Combination: Leon uses his skills of pyromancy to enhance his combat moves mainly through Ephemeral. From a simple heated touch that will scald skin with a simple hissing burn, to a roaring fist of flame exploding like fireworks on impact. Leon has however been known to channel flame through other body parts such as his legs but not quite for the most effective hit.

To constantly keep the flames lit energy is expended.

The magnitude of the flame dictates the drain of energy.

Secondary Usage: His secondary uses are more of a practical nature that lets him survive as well as profit. From the basic campfire, to the just as basic cooking fire. He can effectively cook wherever he is. In addition through use of fire he could do a variety of things, juggle or swallow/breather fire as parlor tricks for small change. Become a blacksmith by being his own forge. The uses for one of mankind's most primitive tools are endless.

While these are technically secondary uses they apply to non-battle aspects. The ones that pertain to battle include that he can actively flare is energy in the form of a dazzling flame that is in fact quite dangerous, incinerating or heavily burning things that are adjacent to him. This flaring of course for extended periods would drain him. The distance as well dictates how intense the affect of the flames are.

At a distance Leon can fire small balls of fire however not having the total control that a magus who is more heavily influenced by magic (more of a magus straight up, less of a fighter) the fireballs are often extremely taxing, wander off course, volatile, and small. Should one of them hit they would be far less devastating then a fire punch.
