Magical Domain: Blood - Like vampires, it is needed for him to survive- though with a much less amount. With connection to every possible blood stream (that Vlad does have) gives him the path other the beings nature- which thus turns into a sick aliment of prophetic sin. He can see which your blood tells you what to do- and he can control certain beings- with many restrictions. Using blood is not simple, and has thousands of restrictions- some which he doesn't even know himself. But he can control blood just like his sister can. From a simple wound he can draw out the blood and control it like a puppet- as well as, when he uses his blood he can create many things- as long as they are physically attached to him. Such as wings, and a scythe. Though with material objects- such as his scythe- he can only add onto them.

Ultimate Weapon: Condemned - Condemned is the simplest for of describing him. In order to live- he feeds off of vampire blood, and others of course- but vampire is the most filling. though with it, he can create a few weapons out of blood, such as the whip he and his sister share, as well as the additions to his scythe and his blood wings. Which is as far as he can go without losing his life. But the form- length, or size is still unknown and un-experimented.

Ultimate Spell: Blood Runes - With a bit of his own blood he can draw runes of any kind, helping the many processes of life. such as healing, and killing. Though, he has to repeat a few words and is limited to using his own blood. runes are based off of knowing something- not necessarily him knowing them- but he blood knows them. Which inn the end confuses even himself.
