It's simple.
Solstice Banquet requires couples of male and female.
Everyone's soon to be favorite desperado of the Good Gospel(the Church) is however, single. No one hanging on his arm at the moment. Thus, by default, he's locked out.
Why would someone from the Church want to attend a sophisticated party of nobles and otherworldly show ups? Let's call it just official intelligence gathering/recon. Everyone loves the spy at the dinner table. But he still needs to fulfill the criteria.
Thus he needs a date. It doesn't matter who. Anyone can suffice. We can say he paid you, they're partners for the stealth mission, just happened to get charmed by his suave and dashing good looks. Who knows? As long as he gets through the gate check, fakes out the audience and hopefully survive the shindig-it's all free game. I wouldn't recommend vampire partners, him being an agent of the church and all but hey, maybe it's one of those mutual, "Give and take/temporary alliances". I'm flexible-seriously.
Hell, I'll even toss a bone out there.
The description says pairs of male and female only? Even a guy dressed up(and could be convincing) as a girl is definitely a creative wrench in the plans.
Because someone always has to do it different.
Want to really shake things up? If possible(as in the staff permits it) I'll even toss in the option of him trying to double date. Different aliases, a mild disguise, and the risk of getting caught is definitely exciting.
"Well who 'is' Enrico anyway?" He's just your average day, perpetually faith-ambiguous, uncouth, gun slinging ruffian and crusader, who may have some depth to his background but who cares? Monologues about the past are so cliched and you never do it in a gunfight. The profile link here Bam tells mostly all anyone needs to know at a glance. If you really need more OOC information or something to work out with your character-I'll be happy to oblige.
