So, what part do you play, in the jigsaw of life?

inXain here, bringing forth to you my second character here (though one I would probably be using more than the former) for plot ideas. This here is Kentou Genkaku, a nineteen year old magus specializing in animancy and illusion magic. As talented as he may seem to be, he is rather lazy in trying to improve his own abilities, only rely on what he currently knows in order to get by in life. Magic aside, he is one of your typical Japanese males who have a certain passion for games and animation, though not enough to actually showcase this side of himself to the public. Overall, he's a good guy, but do hope he doesn't make you a target for his pranks.

theBUDDIES: Being his friends isn't really that hard to do, but it also depends on how close you want to be with him. His friendliness is actually rather superficial, yet he still keeps distance between himself and others, not letting them know what he may really think or feel about them. He does not like having people get too close to him due to the fear of eventually being betrayed by said friend. That aside, if you need a decent friend that you want to hang around with every now and then, he's the kind of guy that would be willing to tag along.

theLOVERS: Admittedly, he does love women, though going into serious relationships is something he's wary about. The reason is more or less the same with how he is with people being close to him in general, but he also want to have anyone that can be exploited as his weakness. Still, he is curious on what it would be like, and would probably take a chance if such a thing would indeed bloom between him and another. 'Til then, he's willing to just enjoy his single status.

theADVERSARIES: Ah...something that he may have a few people staying in this category. Although he is not one to dislike others, he does get into a few arguments every now and then due to some of his personality traits. It is not surprising if there are several that are fed up with his lazy and greedy attitude, as well as those annoyed with him due to the pranks he may have done on them. Also, do note that he has a certain dislike towards certain kinds of shifters, the reasons of which are rather personal, but nothing too serious except for him.

Hm...So a sort of friend she can talk to on a not so frequent basis? Sounds alright with me. Though do you want him to be aware that she is the queen, or you want to hide that fact from him? He doesn't pay too much attention to things around him, so it won't be surprising if he was unaware that she was the real queen. Also, you want them to be friends right away, or do you want to play it out from the start (have them be strangers first before becoming friends)?

Hmm... Maybe Kentou and Marez can be friends? They've got some similar traits, so I don't think they'd get along too badly? Maybe partners in pranks too if they're well acquainted enough? ;D

Perhaps they can meet as classmates or maybe even co-workers depending on if Kentou works/goes to school or not? (bribe; Tokyo Uni is in Bunkyo, next to Chiyoda... which has Akihabara ;3)

Hm...Sounds intriguing really. Though how do you suggest they work together in pranking people? He usually plays tricks using his illusion abilities, and not so much as actually making traps and such. Other than that though, I do think they may get along fine. He owns a katana, and that's enough to get him interested since he's a katana enthusiast.

As for a meeting, he's already out of high school by now, though I never really thought if I should have him enter college or not. Hm...Maybe they were former classmates in high school? They could both have been troublemakers back in the day which could explain the whole partners-in-pranks thing.
