A Frosty Visit(Natalya)

[Cornell Bluecrescent]

The streets were rather cold as Cornell appeared from the shadows of an ally and he wandered thru the streets getting quite a few looks from shifters as his white trench coat bellowed in the wind."Huh its rather busy today its a bit surprising" he musted to himself as he smirked and looked around some of the shops outside checking out some trinkets and jewelry. as he looked around he noticed some of the shifters could notice the power of his aura and they cringed away slightly, as he spotted this he focused on pulled his aura inward a bit so he didn't frighten them.

It was kind of a cool night, but being a snow leopard she really didn't mind the cold, she actually really liked it. Natalya sighed lightly to herself as she was walking around in a dark blue dress with high heels and she had a light black jacket with some fur like material on the hood which she had down against her shoulders. She noticed that is seemed quite busy out tonight and she arched an eyebrow, it seemed like most of them were kind of scared. But she didn't make too much of it as her long greenish blonde hair blew in the cool breeze that swept by. Her purple orbs scanned around until she noticed a male and she smiled softly at him, her eyes sparkling a bit with the moonlight which most seemed to love.

Natalya then kept walking as she just looked around while she walked actually becoming quite bored. She did look back at the male every once and a while. Maybe she could get him to talk to her or something because she was quite bored and really had nothing else better to do. Then she sat down on a nearby rock and then started taking strands of her hair and looking at him carefully. It was her snow leopard form, being a cat and liking to keep herself clean she did that often even though to most it looked weird. But she only licked herself when she was in her cat form so she wouldn't do it while in human form. She then yawned out of boredom then looked up to the sky with a smile.

Cornell was looking at some pendents when he felt a pair of eyes looking at him and he moved his head to see a young women looking at him with her purple eyes and he smirked a bit and started to walk over to her. as he Approached he noticed that her hair was a greenish blond color and he was slightly intrigued by it."why are you sitting when the streets are so busy and alive?" he asked as he smiled a bit and he realized he was being slightly rude."oh I forgot to introduce myself I am Cornell Bluecrescent and you are?" he asked as he bowed slightly to be respectful.

As he waited for her answer Cornell noticed that he was getting quite a few looks from the shifters and he heard muttering and the mention of his title as he looked at them for a moment."I almost forgot to mention I am also an eternal and the sorcerer of the moon" he explained so she didn't thing he was some sort of freak because of the stares.

She just kept sitting where she was just watching everyone go by, noticing not everyone was of supernatural descent. She noticed a few humans just by scent, even being a feline she still had a very good sense of smell like a canine would. But then she noticed the male she had noticed before walk over to her, she looked over at him and smiled softly. "Oh, I only sat down for a minute, I normally go for a walk through town at night especially when the moon is out, it makes every look so beautiful, in my eyes anyway." Her voice was soft and sweet, like a warm melody others would tell her, even if she never noticed. But she didn't care, whatever people wanted to think, they could.

Then he heard him introduce myself and her smile got a bit bigger as she stood up onto her feet. "I'm Natalya Ambros, nice to meet you" although alot of people called her Talya for short, she didn't mind whatever people wanted to call her, it didn't matter. It was now that she was beginning to get a little nervous. She always did around males after what happened with her first one, she really didn't want to relive it so she always got a little nervous. "Oh, I'm a shifter I shift into a snow leopard on occasions" she never did often, only if she was truly enraged or under great emotion stress which never happened often so no one really had anything to worry about.

Cornell took her hand and kissed it like a gentleman and he smirked a bit." Its nice to meet you Natalya he said simply as he heard what her shifter form was." a snow leopard interesting I haven't meet that many shifters even though I have lived a very long time" he said with his strong voice as he noticed it was starting to snow and it was getting more and more heavier with each passing moment. As Cornell noticed this fact he smirked a bit." would you care to go somewhere else out of the snowstorm thats arriving" he suggested as he offered his hand to her.

as the Storm started to get worse Cornell debated about either going into a building with her or maby taking her to his home he was debating which one was warmer, as he thought about it he also waited for her answer.

She noticed how he took her hand and gently kissed it and she smiled softly and bowed her head a bit. He was a gentleman, and she liked that although her first love started out that way as well, but then after a while he started to change, and not for the better. "Sadly, not many shifters are around anymore and I've never met a eternal before" she had been living for a long time as well, she only looked to be in her early twenties but she was actually over one hundred years old. Then she noticed that it started to snow and she smiled warmly since she loved the snow and being a snow leopard it really didn't phase her, and it didn't make her cold either unless it got really cold which wasn't often.

But then she looked over to him noticing he must not like the cold or can't take it like her. She smiled a bit as she shook her head a bit since she could feel the snow collecting on her head and getting into her hair. "Sure, any particular place you want to go?" Natalya looked around then wondered if she should just head back to her house, it would seem since it was snowing and there were clouds her moonlight walk wasn't going to happen now. Then she noticed that Cornell was offering his hand to her and at first she was really nervous to take it but she guessed it wouldn't hurt her, so she reached out her hand and gently placed it in his and smiled wondering where they were going to go.

Cornell smiled when she took his hand and he decide to take her to his realm so as he hand touched his the scenery changed, Cornell smiled as the his castle appeared ahead of them and the moon was full and shining down on everything casting it in a beautiful pale glow."DO you mind if we are here in my realm?" he asked as he waved his arm to show he meant everything around him." We eternals normally either stay in our own realms or we cause trouble in other realms it matters not to us" he said as he held out his hand and suddenly a large orb of moonstone appeared his his hand." in my own realm I control everything in it the trees and the wildlife." he said as the orb vanished into thin air.

As Cornell waited to see Natalyas reaction he bent down and he plucked a moon flower from the ground its petals glowed a very faint blue as he offered it to her." what do you think of my home?" he asked with a grin

She walked with him holding his hand gently not even really sure where she was going just hoping it wasn't anywhere bad.Her purple orbs scanned around the area and she sighed a bit until they seemed to stop. Then looking to Cornell as he spoke she shook her head "no, I don't mind at all" once again she spoke with that soft, warm tone she was famous for as others told her. Then she seemed to notice everything change, she notice a castle beginning to come into view and her eyes widened a bit since she had never seen anything like that happen before. Natalya just looked at everything and thought it was beautiful, she wished her home looked like this but unlike his, hers wasn't anything that special.

As they got closer she then him use a bit of his power by the looks and it seemed to spark her interest even more. She just looked around then looked to him as he spoke again and she sighed with content. She wished she could do stuff like that but since she was only a shifter she didn't have many powers. It was really only in her animal form did she have most of her powers, which she could turn into out of free with but she wasn't going to. Then she noticed him pull up a flower and seeing it glow she thought it was beautiful and when he handed it to her she gladly took it and smiled warmly. "Thank you, and yes I love it" she just couldn't get over it and she seemed to love everything around her.

Cornell smirked a bit and he nodded"Thank you Natalya I'm glad you like it I take great pride in my land and my home" he said as he walked with her thru the forest towards his castle, the forest glowed slightly from the many plants that glowed from exposure to the moons rays and from his magic. When they started to get closer to the castle Cornell looked at her softly." so tell me about yourself I can't help but be curious about a enchanting woman like yourself?" he asked as he saw some dragonflies zoom past them and he gently held out his finger as one landed on it.

"would you care from a demonstration of my power?" he asked calmly as they walked if they said yes he would be sure to dazzle her so much she wouldn't want to leave.

She kept her eyes on him as they walked and she smiled warmly then giggled softly as well. "As you should, I would greatly if I had powers like yours" Natalya sighed lightly as they got closer to the castle, she couldn't help but actually look at the moon, she thought it was beautiful and she always loved to sit outside and look at it because it just sparked her interest so much. But then she looked over to Cornell as he asked about herself and she smiled. "There's not much to say, I really just enjoy being outside at night, I love cold weather, I have a soft spot for humans although I'm not sure why, and I just love being around others, I hate being alone to be honest."

She thought that was pretty much it with what she should say, she really didn't want to say anything about what happened with her and her first lover. Natalya sighed lightly then she noticed some dragonflies go by and one landed on her shoulder and she smiled. She lifted her finger and held it out as it crawled onto her finger. Then she looked over and she smiled at Cornell and she nodded "sure, I'de love to see more of what you can do" she just kept her eyes on him so she could see what else he could do since she was actually quite curious about it. She just sighed as she felt the dragonfly fly off her finger and she smiled as she let it go then looked back to him to see what would happen next.

Cornell smiled a bit when he heard she liked the night time and he gently waved his arm and suddenly the clouds in the sky vanished revealing a beautiful starry sky." you would be surprised but its always nighttime here and its also always a full moon he said as they arrived at edge of the forest and upon hearing that she wanted to see his power he got an idea ." as you wish I'll show you my vast power" he said as he held his hand up and the light from the moon seemed to dorm around him in spirals and wisps of glowing strands and spheres they pulsed hypnotically before he suddenly snapped his fingers and they turned into flower petals." thats not all I could use the moon to influence you to a degree and even use it to make myself even more powerful" he said as he suddenly held his hand out in front of her and made a small moon appeared before her eyes and it floated by her shoulder.

After a few more tricks he decide to pull off a good illusion and he pointed at her and he smirked before saying one word"Heaven" and in that instant he casted a powerful illusion to make her believe her greatest fantasy was real and happening

She just watched him as he seemed to start using his powers and it looked really pretty. Natalya smiled warmly as she looked around "I wish the full moon could be out every night, I just love it so much." She just watched Cornell carefully as he seemed to use even more of his powers, making her feel really weak since she really didn't have much of powers but she didn't mind it since it was actually really nice. She just watched and then noticed a moon show up in front of her face and she smiled brightly since it was very pretty as she just kept her eyes on him and she flip some of her hair back and she giggled a bit as well since since it was beginning to get into her face and she brought her eyes back to Cornell.

It seemed like most of his powers revolved around the moon which was nice as long as it didn't have a bad outcome. Natalya smiled but then noticed him say the word heaven and then she noticed something popping up in front of her. Seeing her greatest wish, which was to get over her fear of love and actually be happy again with someone new but she doubted that would ever happen even though she was really happy to see herself like that even if it was to never happen. She shut her eyes thinking about this and she loved it since she didn't want it to end and yes was getting a little too into it but she didn't mind because she was hoping this wish would come true.

Cornell gently broke the illusion and he smiled a bit."did you enjoy my little show of power?" he asked as he walked with her to the entrance of the castle and he smiled as he gently opened the door for her, as they walked in Cornell sighed as he looked at the moonlit halls that had glass floors full of stars in them."Ah its good to be home" he said but at the sound of the word home a few beams of moonlight flowed over to Natalya and started to swirl around her head mesmerizing her and hypnotize her into enjoying this place making her not want to leave and influence her to be happy here.

Natalya sighed lightly then looked over to him and she smiled softly and she nodded. "Yes, it was wonderful" she just looked around then followed him as he lead her to the front of the castle and she smiled, it looked really nice up close. She just looked at it for a little while then looked over to Cornell and smiled softly. Once they got inside she looked around thinking even the inside looked beautiful just like everything else did here which she loved. She wished she lived in a place like this because there was something about that made her want to stay. But she knew at some point she would have to life but she would when the time came and she only got here so she wasn't going to leave just yet.

But then she started to feel weird with the longer she stayed here which was really weird. It seemed like her mind became hazed over and cloudy and her eyes seemed to be glazed over like she was being mind controlled. It seemed like she was in some kind of trance and she didn't want to leave, it made her way to stay forever or if not forever just for quite a while. Sure she hardly knew Cornell but the place was just so beautiful and inviting to her so something was keeping her from leaving. Her mind left light and she felt really happy like she didn't have a care in the world and her mind was blank and she liked it because she had nothing else to think about, like she was in the clouds.

Cornell didn't notice what happened to her as a servant came up to him."Lord Cornell you have some letters and a few things to look at in your study" the servant said as he left and Cornell turned to Natayla and offered his hand." Would you care for a tour Natalya? he asked as he started to point out some of his favorite things in the castle untill they came up to door and he opened it to reveal a large ball room covered in crystal and moonstone the moon was perfectly placed in the sky and gave the room a mysterious glow.

As Cornell took a few steps into the room he turned and looked at her." what do you think isn't it magnificent?" he asked as motioned to the large ball room. as he returned to Natalyas side and he kept going on with the tour untill he reached the Library, when they reached the library it was amazing it was massive holding many large tomes and book from ages past and it even held some of the present day titles." I love this room I feel very comfy here" he said as he gently ran his hand across one of the books
